BEHAVIOUR CHANGE MODELS

Behaviour change models help facilitate a deep understanding of current behavioural drivers and barriers, and provide recognised courses of action to inspire behaviour change

We apply a variety of models in both quantitative and qualitative research, including the well-known COM-B model and our own ACE-M model.

In particular, we use any or all of the proprietary model-based approaches below in primary quant and qual projects:

  1. CHOICE: Provides KPIs, along with explaining in detail how successful choice of new/existing products occurs

2. CREATE AND CONFIRM: Facilitates early stage exploration and latter stage feedback on new concepts

3. CONTENT AND CHANNEL: Optimises communication messaging and channels for new/existing products
