Personality psychology

Personality traits can be used to accurately explain and predict behaviour in any situation.

Traits are distinct, stable over time, and evidence suggests that when asked appropriate, academically validated questions, people demonstrate good self-knowledge and will accurately self-report in an unbiased way.

Frameworks such as OCEAN help us produce nuanced, reliable insights across diverse geographical markets.

We use personality psychology most commonly in quantitative research, although we also use it in qualitative research.
